Dr. Alpert Specializes Exclusively in Sleep Medicine

Dr. Alpert is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He completed his Internal Medicine training in Cincinnati and he completed his Pulmonary training at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta.

Dr. Alpert is Board Certified in Sleep Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, and Internal Medicine, and is a Fellow in the American College of Chest Physicians.  He has been in clinical practice for over 25 years and was actively involved in coordinating one of the first successful lung transplants in North America.

Alpert specializes exclusively in the field of Sleep Medicine. He is a member of the New York State Society of Sleep Medicine, the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, and the Medical Society of the State of New York.

Dr. Hal Alpert has been selected as one of New York’s top sleep specialists and is listed in New York Super Doctors. This listing appeared in The New York Times.
